Titanic Massacre.

The movie I choose was Titanic. The ultimate classic movie. The director is James Cameron. I picked this movie because it's one of my favorite movies I can watch all my life if I have to. It's interesting because it's about a girl named Rose, and a guy named Jack who travel on one of the biggest boats in history; Titanic, the unsinkable ship, the irony. Then they start falling in love little by little. At the end, the ship ends up sinking, and Rose and Jack struggle to survive. Rose ends up surviving, but sadly Jack dies and sinks under water. There are no survivers alive today. The last surviver was Milvina Dean, who passed away this year at age of 97. It is said, that she was only 9 weeks old when the Titanic sunk. This movie is clearly romantic/tragedy. Love and disaster occurs throughout the movie as Jack and Rose try to make the best out of themselves, and end up trying to survive. One message of the movie stood out to me. How you can love one person so much, and give your life to it. The movie it's self is amazing. I love everything about it, except towards the end where almost 2,000 people end up dying. What's best about it as well, is that it was a real life event. Meaning it actually happened. The ship itself lays on the North Atlantic Ocean, millions of miles under water. This movie is a must watch. If you haven't seen it by now, or think you will never, then you're crazy.

  1. I like how you included the message of the movie. I remember seeing this one when it first came out and the theatre was packed. Lots of people were literally crying when Jack saves Rose and dies instead! Definitely romance genre.

  5. So everyone loves this movie? this is going to be fun...
I hate this movie!!! is one cliche after another. You can tell how desperate Cameron was about money. What happened with the guy that made Alien and Terminator?,
And now in 3D? are you kidding me? the massacre is not what happened to the Titanic but the "going-to-see-it" in 3D.
Ok... I'm calmed now... your review is pretty good and I like that you include a message that the movie gave you. BTW, I just don't like the movie, my rant is just part of the whole blogging thing lol
